With dedicated service speeds for download and upload are the same; with best-effort service download and upload speeds vary. Minimum contract term one year. Data volumes are not limited. One-time installation charges depend on contract term: dedicated $299 (1-yr), $199 (2-yr), $99 (3-yr); best-effort $265 (1-yr), $132 (2-yr), $0 (3-yr). Modem included.
